How do I sign up for a class?
Class registration can be done directly on our website or by using the "Fit by Wix" app. Please use the code W0O2WR to join SOULSHINE on the app. The Client Registration + Waiver of Liability form, plus payment must be submitted before a class can be booked.
Do you accept walk-ins?
To ensure a spot in the class of your choice, it is best to complete all paperwork + book ahead of time. You are free to walk in, but a space cannot be guaranteed.
What type of clothing should I wear to the studio?
To ensure your comfort, wear sweat-wicking items that skim the body and allow freedom of movement. Avoid wearing items that may bunch up around your face in downward positions. Appropriate bottoms include yoga pants, leggings and shorts. Appropriate tops include tees, tanks, and sports bras.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring a yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle. Feel free to bring a towel for your yoga mat as well. Shoes are not worn in any of our classes. Please leave all other personal belongings at home or in your car. SOULSHINE is not responsible for lost or stolen items. In order for you and fellow members to get the most out of class, we ask that you refrain from bringing your phone into our sacred space.
I am new to yoga + fitness, which classes do you recommend to get started?
Every SOULSHINE class is adaptable to suit all levels of practice. Make sure your instructor knows that you are a newbie and they will happily and expertly cue you through modifications during challenging postures. We know that trying something new can be intimidating, and we are committed to supporting you every step of the way!
Do you offer changing rooms and showers?
Changing rooms are available, but shower facilities are not offered at this time.
What are your hours of operation?
SOULSHINE is open 7 days per week, with some exceptions for holidays. We do not have regular business hours, as classes are offered as early as 5 am and as late as 7:15 pm. The studio door will be unlocked at least 15 minutes before each class begins. If you are new to the studio, please allow extra time to get settled in. The studio door will be locked 3 minutes prior to class start time.
What if I'm running late?
We're sorry, but late arrivals will not be admitted. This is to ensure that all participants benefit from the entire class, start to finish. Your time at SOULSHINE is precious + we are committed to protecting it.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel your reservation at least 90 minutes before the scheduled class begins to allow another member to reserve the spot. Cancellation for early morning classes are required by 9 pm the previous evening. Because we have limited capacity, late cancellations/no shows may result in the loss of a class from a 10 class, 5 class or single class package, or a $5.99 fee for unlimited memberships. We understand that life happens, and allow each person 1 free cancellation per calendar year.
How far in advance can a class be booked?
Classes may be booked 30 days in advance.
Can a package or membership be shared or refunded?
All packages + memberships are solely for the person for whom it was purchased. Plans + memberships may not be shared, nor are they refundable.
Can an unlimited Gold membership be placed on hold?
For those wishing to maintain their current membership rate, Gold memberships may be placed on hold up to 3 months per calendar year at the rate of $10 per month of hold.
